From ais523 at bham.ac.uk Mon Apr 13 01:48:20 2009 From: ais523 at bham.ac.uk (Alex Smith) Date: Sun, 12 Apr 2009 16:48:20 +0100 Subject: BAK: Is a-b a forum? Message-ID: <1239551300.8254.4.camel@dell.linuxdev.us.dell.com> I call for judgement on the statement "agora-business is a public forum". Arguments: a-b has been down twice before. Arguably, while a forum is inaccessible it isn't actually a forum (this is Yally's argument, although I don't agree with it.) If a-b ever ceased to be a forum, it became a Foreign Forum, not a Public Forum, when it regained its forumness (per rule 478, and the nature of Publicity as a switch). -- ais523 From comexk at gmail.com Mon Apr 13 04:40:40 2009 From: comexk at gmail.com (comex) Date: Sun, 12 Apr 2009 14:40:40 -0400 Subject: BAK: Is a-b a forum?
