As required by R2036, I intend to deregister Pakaran in one month, as
per the Notice of Abandonment.  If that Notice remains valid at that
time (that is, if Pakaran has remained Silent), then I will deregister
Pakaran as required by the Rules.

This Notice has been published to all Public Fora and bcc'd to Pakaran's
listed email address.
