As required by R2036, I intend to deregister Sir Toby in one month, as
per the Notice of Abandonment.  If the Notice remains valid at that time
(that is, if Sir Toby has remained Silent), then I will deregister Sir
Toby as required by the Rules.

This Notice has been published to all Public Fora and bcc'd to Sir
Toby's listed email address.
