BAK: Notice of Intent to Deregister Magu

As required by R2036, I intend to deregister Magu in one month, as per
the Notice of Abandonment.  If the Notice remains valid at that time
(that is, if Magu has remained Silent), then I will deregister Magu as
required by the Rules.

This Notice has been published to all Public Fora and bcc'd to Magu's
listed email address.
