Magu has been under the Silent Treatment for the past month, and is
still Silent.  Therefore, as per R2036, Magu is deregistered, which
concludes the Silent Treatment for Magu.  This notice is being sent to
all Public Fora and bcc'd to Magu's listed email address.

For recording purposes, Magu's departure will be noted as having
abandoned the game.
