Send Mail

The option to send messages to the Chong Hua Cultural Club mailing list is only available to club committee members.

To Send a Message to the Mailing List:

(1) Go to the form at the end of this page
(2) Enter the required details
(3) Click "Send Message"

All Messages are Sent Automatically.

Important Notes

You do not have to wait for a response after your details have been entered and the "Send Message" button has been clicked in order for your message to be sent. As soon as the status bar at the bottom of your screen comes up with a message to the effect of "Host contacted. Waiting for reply..." you can stop your browser and your message will still be sent.

If you do wait for a response, and it displays the message "Document contains no data" rather than the expected finishing screen, do not worry - your message has still been sent to the mailing list and you do not have to re-send it.
